Everyone always says they wish they had a day where they could just play video games, but not everybody can play video games. This is our friend Zane. He has a neuromuscular condition that takes away his ability to use his muscles. Zane wanted to play assassins Creed SO BADLY, but he didn't have the strength or dexterity to use a standard controller. We were able to give him the exact set up he needed to be able to play. Today, Zane can stab all the bad guys he wants.
Did you know that thousands upon thousands of people with disabilities can't play video games without expensive, specialized equipment? At AbleGamers, we help gamers with disabilities by providing that equipment, free of charge. But we can't do it without YOU. Will you help us continue providing these necessary assistive technologies to gamers?
Between now and July 15 we're asking you to do schedule one day to treat yourself with video games while raising money for people with disabilities. Schedule a day to game and help the world be a better place, one game at a time.
